Pike is a private, non-commercial hobby project. It is not a business: there is no company, no commercial register entry, no VAT number and no chamber membership. Nothing on these sites is sold, and no advertising is shown.
Purpose of the site
pike90.app presents the Pike app: a private 90-day fitness league for small groups of friends. The app at app.pike90.app lets its members log training, run a season and keep a shared board.
Basic direction: information about the Pike app and how a season works. The site carries no editorial content that could shape public opinion, so the short disclosure for small websites under § 25 (5) Mediengesetz applies. Under that rule the operator's name and place of residence are published; the postal address is available on request for any legal purpose.
Contact
The fastest way to reach the operator is info@pike90.app. Questions about your data, requests to delete an account and reports of content that should not be on the service all go to the same address.
Liability for content and links
The content of these sites is written with care but without any guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. Scoring rules and app behaviour are described as they are at the time of writing and can change.
The sites link to a few outside pages, such as the browser and app-store instructions on the download page. Their operators are responsible for their content. Links are checked when they are added; if you find one that leads somewhere it should not, please write to the address above.
Copyright
The Pike name, the mark, the gladiator artwork and the texts on these sites belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Screenshots on pike90.app show a demo league with invented athletes. Open-source components are used under their respective licences.
